What is the minimum order requirement?

Our minimum order depends on the type of event and menu selection. For small gatherings, we offer flexible package options, while larger events may have a minimum guest count. Please contact us with your event details for a personalized quotation.            
Do you provide delivery and event setup?

Yes, we provide delivery and full event setup services. Our team ensures your food is delivered fresh and presented beautifully. Setup options can include buffet arrangements, serving equipment, and on-site staff if required.
How far in advance should we place an order?

We recommend placing your order at least 3–7 days in advance for small events and 2–4 weeks in advance for large events such as weddings or corporate functions. Early booking ensures availability and allows us to prepare everything perfectly for your event.
Is food tasting available before booking?

Yes, food tasting is available for selected event packages, especially for large events. Please contact us to schedule a tasting session and discuss the details.

How do we place an order?

To place an order, please send us a direct message on our Instagram with your event details (date, location, number of guests, and preferred menu). Our team will get back to you with availability and a customized quotation.
What payment methods are accepted?

All payments must be made via bank transfer. Our bank details will be provided once your order is confirmed. A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before the event date.
Cancellation Policy:
● Cancellations made 24 hours before the event are non-refundable.
● Cancellations made 48 hours before the event will receive a 50% refund.
Please note that cancellations made earlier than 48 hours may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
